Patricia S Long

Patricia S. Long, 45, of Toledo passed away Friday, October 24, 2008 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 24, 1963 in Toledo to Marion and Fayetta Newburry Streets. Patty was a Home Health Aide before her illness. The greatest love of her life was her family especially her children and grandchildren. Patty is survived by her loving husband, Jeff Long, who she married March 2, 2000; children, Zoey Streets, Joey Streets, Frank Martinez, Jessica Dukett, Tiffany Dukett, Leah Wipf, Melissa Long and Myleena Long; grandchildren, Deasa Adams, Edward Adams and Tavon Dukett; father, Marion Streets; and brothers, Rick Teresa Streets, Randy Sam Streets and Larry Streets. In addition to her mother, Patty was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Streets. A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
