Patricia Alma LaChapelle

Patricia Alma LaChapelle, 84, of Marblehead, Ohio, passed away in the morning of October 10th, 2026. She was born June 12, 1942 in Philadelphia, Pa., she was the second daughter of six of John and Dorothy McCormack.

Patricia will be remembered for her love of cats and birds; her strength in surviving her stroke four years ago; her recent fall on her hip; and her new talent, painting.

She is survived by her daughters, Susan Skeans (Michael) and Sharon Zeinert (Andrew); grandchildren, Stephanie Skeans; Kayla Skeans; Gretchen Skeans; Hunter Johnson (Brooke); Hailey Mausser (Noah); Hayven Johnson and great grandchildren, Kinsley; Grayson; Nash; and Colter. Also, her sisters, Grace Drexel; Ronnie McCormack; Eileen Brooks; and Sheila McCormack. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, her parents, John and Dorothy McCormack, and sister, Judy Burke.

Funeral services will be held privately at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, please consider Donating to the Toledo Humane Society.
