Patricia Ann Kowalski, age 70, of Perrysburg, Ohio, entered into the loving arms of the Lord on May 5, 2025. Pat was born on September 1, 1954, in Bitburg, Germany, the daughter of Daniel Henry and Mary Ann (Charney) Kowalski.
She grew up in Temperance, Michigan, the oldest of 5 girls. After graduating from Bedford High School in 1973, she continued her education in floral design and cake decorating. Pat had a green thumb and a keen eye for creating beautiful floral pieces. She liked to cook and bake many of the family’s traditional Polish and Hungarian dishes; no one in the family could replicate her recipes. Pat had a joyful spirit and loved collecting dog and angel figurines. Pat never went anywhere without wearing her precious angel pins. She had appreciation for music and enjoyed attending local music in the park, church festivals, craft shows and farmers markets.
Pat was an old soul, with a childlike faith. She was an avid member of the Grace Methodist Church, in Perrysburg. She attended many churches over the years and had always maintained a strong connection with the Lord. Pat’s faith was genuine and a constant source of strength. She was always the first person to offer a prayer for anyone in need.
Pat will be remembered for her generous spirit, creative gifts and unwavering faith.
Left to cherish her memory include her sisters, Janet Kowalski, Josie Holbert, Nancy (Scott) Sharp, and Diane (Ken) Matuszak; nephews, Chris (Cindy) Holbert, Kevin (Lauryn) Holbert, Matthew Sharp; great-nephews and great-niece, Jack, Kendall, and Henry; many close friends and extended family members. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, and brother-in-law, Terry Holbert.
