Patricia A. Kosky

Patricia A. (Leichtweis) Kosky, born on August 27, 1927, to Philip C. and Marion (Johnson) Leichtweis, passed peacefully at home in Florida on October 29, 2021. Patricia was a 1945 graduate of Perrysburg High School. After graduating, she worked as a color artist at Livingston Studios in Toledo. Patricia then moved on from there and worked as a secretary at Peters Stamping Co. She later became an executive secretary at Roesch Stamping Company where she met her beloved husband of 65 years, Robert Kosky. Patricia loved all animals but particularly horses. In her earlier years, she was an avid and skilled Equestrian. After marrying in 1953, she had three lovely children, Thomas R. Kosky, Mark S. Kosky, and Jeanette Kosky (Allen) Khalili; grandchildren, Alexandra and twins, Ryan and Robert. Patricia was a wonderful mother and grandma who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and had the most beautiful garden. She and her husband enjoyed spending the winters in Florida with the family. Patricia will be dearly missed by her family. Proceeding her in death are her beloved husband, Robert H. Kosky, and her son, Mark S. Kosky. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Patricia’s private caregiver, Tayana Fletcher. Tayana’s compassion enduring, and steadfast care of our mom is so gratefully appreciated. Private services and burial will take place at Toledo Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to the local Humane Society or Animal Rescue Group.
