Heaven gained another beautiful angel on December 9, 2017, just shy of her 91st birthday. Pat passed away quietly and peacefully at Ebeid Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 20, 1926 to the late Ruth and Eric Ahlfors. Pat graduated from DeVilbiss High School, attended the Toledo Hospital School of Nursing and became a registered nurse. She was a pediatric nurse at Toledo Hospital and a member of the Army Nursing Corps during World War II. She later worked for Dr. Wilbur Taylor and Dr. Dean Ersig as their office nurse for many years until her retirement. Pat dedicated her life to caring for others and was proud of her profession. Her family was the core of her life, and she created a legacy of love. Pat was a loving role model for her children, grandchildren and others. She always demonstrated compassion for others and valued the simple things in life. She married Everett Davis Dave Hull on April 6, 1949 and together they had six wonderful children. She was a lifelong member of Hope Lutheran Church and a member of the Sylvania Elks and St. Lukes Hospital Auxiliary. She and Dave loved spending time at Vineyard Lake with her sister Joanne and her husband Dr. Richard Juergens. Pat was also preceded in death by loving husband, Dave; two children, Debra Sue and John Eric Jack and grandson, Trevor James Ferguson. Left to cherish her memories are her children, Pam Fraser, Sandee (Kevin) Ferguson, Robyn (Tom) Sbrocchi and Jodi (Clay) Hepler; daughter-in-law, Beth Hull; grandchildren, Lauren Moss, Andrew Fraser, Colin and Wes Ferguson, Kelsey, Peyton and Landen Hull, Tyler Devon and Austin Sbrocchi and Samantha Manore; great grandchildren, Avery Moss and Jayden Manore Cobb; and numerous special nieces and nephews within the Juergens Family. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.) where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Interment Toledo Memorial Park. The family would like to thank the caring staff of both the Guardian Angels and Ebeid Hospice for their support. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Ebeid Hospice or a charity of the donors choice.
