Patricia Ann Howell

Patricia Ann "Pat" Howell, 76, of Port Clinton, passed away peacefully at home on June 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 21, 1950, to the late Richard and Jeanette (Kinsey) Mullins.

Pat married the love of her life, Jack W. Howell, on June 15, 1968. He preceded her in death.

A proud graduate of Port Clinton High School, Pat was a longtime member of the Elks Lodge, where she also worked as a bartender. She was also a lifetime member of the VFW Auxiliary.

Pat found joy in life's simple pleasures. She cherished spending time with her family, gambling with her sisters, working outdoors on her property, and watching her grandchildren swim and play. Her love for her family and the outdoors brought her great happiness throughout her life.

She is survived by her children, Marc D. (Andrea) Howell and Sarah J. (Lee) Horne; her grandchildren, Christina Howell, Justin Horne, Tory (Tiffany) Horne, Jacob Howell, and Jorja Howell; and her eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Richard (Carole) Mullins, Vickie (Rick) Ward, Mimi (Jack) Unverferth, John (Tammy) Mullins, Donna (Keith) Deters, and Eddie (Annette) Mull.

In addition to her husband, Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Jeanette Mullins; her stepfather, Don Mull; and her stepbrother, Doug Mull.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton, Ohio. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial to follow at La Carpe Cemetery.
