Patricia [Mikonowicz] Hoffman
March 18, 1948 – June 7, 2023
Born to Charles A. McConnell and Mildred L. [Graby] McConnell in Lebanon PA. Grew up with 3 siblings Elzalena A. [Ditzler] McConnell, Charles McConnell III, and Maureen [Ruhl] McConnell in Annville, PA.
Patricia is survived by her siblings Elzalena to David Ditzler, [now deceased], Charles McConnell III to Christine Seiffert and Maureen to John Ruhl as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Patricia graduated from Annville-Cleona High School in 1966 and worked at Sears for 20 years in Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio; finishing her career at the Andersons in Maumee, OH. Married and divorced Bill Swarz having a daughter in 1970, Alicia. In 1975, she married Randy Mikonowicz [deceased in 1990] who had 3 sons Edward, Joseph, and Christopher. In 1975, had a son together Robert. Randy and Patricia raised all the children together including Alicia, whom Randy adopted in 1976; finally settling in Perrysburg, OH. In 1992, married Robert Hoffman and one month later they were blessed with their first grandchild, now having a total of 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Patricia is survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Son and daughter in law, Edward [Michelle] Mikonowicz, grandchildren Sarah [Jake] Bowman, Kelly, Kyle and Samantha Mikonowicz and great grandchildren Logan, Colton, and Leah Bowman. Son, Joseph Mikonowicz who spent his career in the Navy, retiring in 2010. Son and daughter in law, Christopher [Stacy] Mikonowicz, grandchildren Randy and Megan Mikonowicz. Son and daughter in law, Robert [Kerri] Mikonowicz, grandchildren Dylan, Cooper, Phoebe and Lincoln Mikonowicz. Daughter and son in law, Alicia [Robert] Naumann, grandchildren Brent [Bailey], Nicholas [Grace], Zachary and Alyxandra Naumann, great grandchild Griffin Naumann.
Thank you to Northwest Ohio Hospice for their gracious support to our family in our time of need. While there will not be a visitation or burial ceremony; a celebration of life will take place with family and friends at a later date.
