Patricia A. Foley

Patricia A. Foley, age 88, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022, in Toledo, Ohio. The daughter of Edward and Emma Jean (Curtis) Wolfe, she was born March 18, 1933, in Detroit, Michigan. Pat graduated from East Detroit High School in East Detroit, Michigan. Pat was employed by RC Mahon Company in Detroit until she married Frank Foley in 1955 and became a wife and mother. After moving to Toledo, OH with her family Pat became a member of New Neighbors and Welcome Wagon where she held many offices welcoming new residents to Toledo, OH. Pat found employment at Toledo Hospital as a unit clerk. Frank and Pat joined Sylvania Country Club and Pat took up golf which she enjoyed playing with her husband and friends. She joined the social committee to help plan holiday parties and social gatherings held at Sylvania Country Club. The couple moved in 1985 to Cincinnati, OH. Pat joined Welcome Wagon and continued to enjoy playing golf, Bridge and joined a book club. She was thankful each day for blessings from God, she had a tremendous love for her family, she enjoyed life, people, and lived each day to its fullest.

She was preceded in death by her husband Francis Foley, parents; George and Emma Jean Brown, Father and Mother-in-law; Patrick and Elizabeth Foley, brothers in law, Michael Foley, Thomas Foley, sisters in law, Barbara Foley, Judy Foley, and Cindy Foley. Survived by her children, Colleen (Mark) Rediger, Brian (Susan) Foley, Jean (Scott) Gist and Julie (John) Rosa. Grandchildren Nicholas (Annie) Rediger, Heather (Jason) Beier, Katie Rediger, Patrick (Haley) Rediger, Julianne (Erik) Balster, Emily (Dan) Howarth, Griffin Gist and Christy Rosa. Great grandchildren Elliott and Jack Rediger, Anne Marie, George and John Beier, Ronan, Bennett, and Wren Rediger, Hendrix, Ava, and Lyla Balster; Marielle and Sadie Howarth. Brothers in law and sisters in law Patricia (Jack) Robbins, Patrick Foley, sister-in-law Renee Foley, Catherine Foley, Terence (Helen) Foley, Daniel (Denise) Foley and Maureen Foley. Many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday February 8, 2022, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd) followed by a Prayer service at 12:00 pm.
