Patricia A Simmons

Always remembered and never forgotten! Patricia A. (Frazier) Simmons, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 29, 1931, in Toledo to Clyde and Gladys (Forshey) Frazier. Patricia worked as a small parts inspector for Champion before retiring. She is survived by her sons, Russell (Valerie) Harrison and Russell “Bud” (Cristina) Simmons; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles “Red” Simmons, daughter Dawn Harrison; and her brother and sisters. The family would like to give a special Thank You to Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their hard work and compassion for a very special lady that means the world to her family. Friends will be received on Monday, December 17, 2012 in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home 701 N. Main St. Walbridge (419-666-3121) from 10:00am until the time of services at 12:00pm.
