Pamela Sue Golas

March 28, 1963 — April 29, 2015

After a brave battle with cancer, Pamela Golas, age 52, of Maumee, was called home on April 29, 2015 with her family by her side. Born Pamela Brown to Paul and LaVarne (Reising), Pam was the eighth of ten children. She was adopted at age three by Walter and Leita Flowers and soon joined by her spirited sister Carol. Together, they enjoyed life spending time at Devil’s Lake. Pam was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Toledo School of Practical Nursing. She met her soul mate and best friend Daniel “Danny” Golas while in high school. They married and began a family. Pam was a mother to three daughters which she was incredibly proud of and eight grandchildren which she spoiled rotten! Pam was a nurse for over 30 years. She loved trying new recipes she saw on cooking shows, riding the Harley and being outside by the pool or gardening. She also had a love for “The Ultimate” Bob Seger and his music. Pam is preceded in death by her parents. She lives forever in the hearts of her husband Danny, their three girls; Brandy (Robert) Gutierrez, Jennifer (John Jr.) Winlock, and Cori (Jason) Wagner, and grandchildren; John David, Zoe Lynn, Destiny FaithMarie, Jessee Le Fe, Serenity Gloria, Jacen Robert, Christopher Solomon, and Piper Olivia. She is also survived by her many brothers and sisters. Family and friends may visit at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home at 501 Conant St., Maumee on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 5-9 PM. Services for Pam will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 1:30 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Senior Independent Hospice, Swan Creek Retirement Village or the charity of the donors choice.
