Pamela K Wehde Gabel

Pamela K. Gabel, 58, of Wauseon, Ohio died February 3, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 26, 1954 to Louis and Marcia (Wise) Wehde. On September 25, 1976 Pam married her sweetheart, Richard Gabel. Together they raised their son, Christopher. Pam and Rich spent 36 happy years together. Pam was a gentle soul and loved helping others in need. She selflessly volunteered her time at the Open Door in Delta, Ohio and whenever anyone needed a babysitter they could always count on Pam to help them out. When Pam was not taking care of others she enjoyed garage sales. Pam leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Richard Gabel; son, Christopher Gabel; father, Louis (Mary) Wehde ; sisters, Nancy (Allen Wells) Swigart, Bev Palmer, Amy Wehde, Karen (Jack) Wolf, Marcia (Dirk) Verbrugge and Brenda (Jeff) Siebenaler; Brothers, Jeff Lewis and David (Jackie) Lewis and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mom, Marcia Wehde; grandparents; Aunts, Gail Finnegan and Dorothy Fotheringham; brother-in-law, Keith Zunk and nephew, Colin Siebenaler. Family and friends may be received at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 2:00 PM-7:00 PM with a memorial service to begin at 7:00 PM.
