Oliveanna G. Baumer

Oliveanna Baumer, 93, of Toledo, died on July 18, 2016 at Heartland Holly Glen. Oliveanna worked at a number of service jobs, including Washington Distributors, the Anderson’s and with Experience Works. Everyone who knew Oliveanna enjoyed her smile, hugs, and her constant words of gratitude. She loved cats and was known to feed many strays in the neighborhood. Her house was decorated with angels and she told her helpers they were angels. She was devoted to God and loved Bible Study and coming to Mass at St. Martin de Porres Parish each Sunday. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gladys and Francis Baumer. She is survived by her sister, Laura Bundschuh of Norwalk and many friends and fellow parishioners. Her funeral will be held on Friday, July 22 at 11:00 am St. Martin de Porres Church, 1119 Bancroft Street, Toledo, preceded by a family and friends’ hour at 10 am. Contributions can be made to St. Martin de Porres in her memory.
