Nina L. Bowland

Nina L. Bowland, born September 6, 1923 in Martin, OH, died Friday, November 30, 2018. Nina was the daughter of Rolla H. and Beatrice (Dipman) Tank. She married attorney George Bowland in 1949 and he preceded her in death in 2003. Nina dedicated her life to her family and provided child care for her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She especially enjoyed gatherings in the family home, celebrating holidays, birthdays and many important events. Nina was the proud mother of three children: George (Ann) Bowland, II, Debra K. (Bruce) Geldine, and Denise M. (David) Boldt; grandmother to six: Andrew and Zachary Bowland, Kallie (Drew) Arnal and Clinton (Ashley) Geldine, and Sarah and Eli Boldt; and two great granddaughters: Lydia Geldine and Alexandra Bowland. Nina was sister to Verna Sivinski and Bill Tank, both deceased. Private family services will be conducted with interment in Clay Township Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa.
