Nick S. Lutman

Nicholas Stephen Lutman, age 38, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023. Born on August 21, 1985, to parents Stephen and Suzanne Lutman, Nick was a lifelong resident of the Toledo area and attended Northview High School. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed watching many sports. He was a fan of the Cleveland Indians, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Ohio State football.

Nick loved music of all kinds and picked up the guitar in high school. He also was a Star Wars fanatic, having grown up with the original trilogy and following it throughout his life. In his youth, Nick enjoyed playing baseball, soccer and basketball. As an adult, he enjoyed watching football, baseball and basketball. He also enjoyed attending the annual Raabe Christmas party and looked forward to seeing all his aunts, uncles and cousins.

Nick is preceded in death by his grandparents, Don and Joyce Lutman, and Bernard and Eileen Raabe. Left to cherish his memory are his parents; brother, Kevin Lutman; and children, Kiley Lutman and Brantley Lutman.

Friends and family are invited to visit at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., where a funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nick’s name may be made to Little Flower Church, St. Jude, and American Heart Association.
