Ned A. Dye

Ned A. Dye, age 88, of Toledo passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2010 in St. Lukes Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 19, 1922 in Zanesville, Ohio to Jim and Grace Dye. Ned served his country in the US Army during WWII in Germany. He was employed by L.O.F for 30 years retiring in the 1970s. Ned enjoyed making stain glass lamps and was a big band drummer. Ned is survived by his wife, Regina Wagner Dye; son, Ned Steve Rosalie Dye; granddaughter, Jill Marty Scarbrough; great grandchildren, Marcus, Zackary and Jessica Scarbrough. The family would like to thank the ICU nurses at St. Lukes Hospital for their outstanding care of Ned. Funeral services for Ned will be held Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 11:00 am in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, OH.
