Nannie M. Rollins

Nannie M. Rollins, 87, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Thursday, September 20, 2018, at Edgewood Manor Nursing Home. Nannie was born on August 13, 1931 in Blue Moon, KY, the daughter of Oscar and Elizabeth (Hall) O’Neil. On September 25, 1955 in Summerset, KY, she married James E. Rollins and he preceded her in death on October 05, 2005. Nannie enjoyed gardening, she canned vegetables from her garden, crocheting and embroidery. She decorated her whole home by herself. Those left to cherish her memory are: Son: Jeffrey (Michelle) Rollins, Grandchildren: Raymond & Jessie Rollins and many more loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren nieces and nephews. Nannie was preceded in death by her parents, first husband: Willard Gannon, daughters: Noreen K. Kennison, Mary Jane Gannon & Dolly Gannon, sons: James Rollins Jr, Claude Eugene Gannon & Gary Dale Gannon brothers: John & Charles O’Neil, half-brother: Clinton Wheeler and sisters: Tannie O’Neil Blair & Nancy O’Neil. Visitation will be 10-11am, Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, followed by the funeral service at 11:00am. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society, 740 Commerce Dr., Suite B, Perrysburg, OH 43551.
