Nancy M. Vandromme

Nancy M. VanDromme age 76 formerly of Maumee passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 10, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, OH. Nancy was born in Perrysburg on May 21, 1935 to Dennis O. and Helen E. Browne Coon. Nancy held various clerical positions in the Toledo area including Toledo Hospital. She was also a school bus driver for Maumee City Schools. Nancy was an avid Elvis fan and enjoyed traveling and spending the winters in Florida with her husband. Surviving is her loving husband of 57 years, James R. VanDromme; children; Deborah VanDromme, Walter Michele VanDromme, Steve VanDromme and Jennifer Dale Busch; 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters and brother, Wanda J. Willard, Judy Orven Nicely, Ronald Joyce Coon, Mary Lou Coon Brandeberry and several nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends may call at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St., Maumee on Monday January 16, 2012 from 2-8 pm. and Tuesday from 10 am until the time of services at 11:00 am.
