Nancy K. Sije

Nancy K. Sije, 75, of Elmore, Ohio, died Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Bay Park Community Hospital, Oregon. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on May 4, 1941, to Thomas and Mary (Perkins) Davis. She married Steven W. Sije in Cleveland on December 22, 1962, and he survives. Nancy had worked for the Northwood Greenhouse for over 20 years until her retirement. She enjoyed working with her hands sewing, crocheting, knitting and quilting. Bowling, reading, traveling the United States and listening to the “oldies” were also pastimes she loved. Surviving Nancy is her husband, Steven, children, Donna (Dave) Pearston, Donald (Tina) Petrucci, Steven J. Sije, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Joanna Davis and Karen Burton. There will be no formal services scheduled. The family suggests that memorial contributions be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. The Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa, Ohio, is assisting the family with arrangements.
