Nancy J. Reyome

Nancy J. Reyome, 86, of Angola, Indiana and formerly of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Angola, Indiana. She was born on July 17, 1937 in New Rochester, Ohio, the daughter of the late Floyd and Elsie (Grover) Crispen. She married Richard “Dick” Reyome on October 25, 1954 in Angola, Indiana and he preceded her in death.

Over the years, Nancy and Dick traveled extensively and did many activities that included trimming homes, making and selling crafts and ceramics. She also enjoyed sewing, going to garage sales, working in her garden, and playing BINGO.

Survivors include her son, Rick (Lori) Reyome; daughters, Theresa “Terri” (Paul) Limestahl and Liz (Chuck) Byers; grandchildren, Phil (Allie) Ashton, Lisa Ashton, Daniel Reyome, Richard Limestahl, Theresa (Tony) Snyder, Sarah Tholen, Matthew (Kayla) Byers, Katherine Byers; eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Vicki Ashton; brothers, Richard, Norman, and Roscoe Crispen; sister, Linda Egner; granddaughter, Heather Pershall; and grandson, Richard “Ricky” Reyome.

Visitation will be held at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton, Ohio on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 4-8 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 11 am with Pastor Jimmy Comstock officiating. Burial will follow at Sackett Cemetery, Danbury Township, Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio.
