Nancy Meiring

NANCY K. MEIRING Nancy Meiring, age 74, of Swanton passed away on May 20, 2013 in her home. Nancy was born in Toledo on June 12, 1938 to Donald & Eleanor (Kreplever) Garner. A homemaker all her life, Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Surviving are her loving husband, Robert; sons, Greg (Julie) Meiring; Lee (Dana) Meiring; Glen (Angie) Meiring; grandchildren, Nicholas, Alex, Matthew, Lauren, Allison, Adam, great grandchildren, Vincent, Gabrielle and brother, Don “Duke” Garner. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Eleanor. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held on Sunday June 2, 2013 at the Providence Lutheran Church, 8131 Airport Highway, Holland, where the family will receive friends from 12 to 1 pm with the service beginning at 1 pm. Burial will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Neville Funeral Home, Holland. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Providence Lutheran Church Youth Camp.
