Nancy A Kopp Glanzman

Nancy A. (Schramm) Kopp Glanzman, 81, of Perrysburg, Ohio and formerly of Huron died Monday, May 22, 2017 at Otterbein of Perrysburg surrounded by her family. She was born in Perrysburg on December 14, 1935 to Albert and Ester (Lintner) Schramm. She graduated from Perrysburg High School in 1953. Nancy worked at Shawnee Elementary School in Huron, Ohio. Retiring from there in 1989. She also worked for Dana Corporation and for private attorneys as a legal secretary for 37 years. Nancy was a faithful member of Zoar Lutheran Church. She taught Sunday school there for many years and served as a member on various boards at Zoar. In Nancy’s free time she enjoyed playing Bunco and being with her friends and family. Nancy married James E. Kopp Sr. on August 11, 1962 they spent 24 years together raising their two sons until his passing on August 2, 1987. Nancy remarried on November 18, 1994 to Henry J. Glanzman. They spent 18 years together until his passing on September 11, 2013. Nancy is survived by her sons, James (Tamie) Kopp Jr. of Huron, Ohio and Thomas (Kelli) Kopp of Perrysburg, Ohio; granddaughters, Alyssa Kopp, Valeri Kopp and Tori Kopp; brother, Deloy (Cookie) Schramm; sister-in-law, Jean Schramm; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; brothers, Norman, Larry and Harold; and sister, Madelyn. Friends will be received at Witzler Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133) on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 2:00 PM-8:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Thursday at Zoar Lutheran Church, 314 E. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg, Ohio from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with funeral services to begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Fort Meigs Cemetery.
