Nancy L. Cordy

Nancy L. Cordy, 81, of Whitehouse Ohio died peacefully Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Nancy was born on July 4, 1940, to Una and Earl Hannas in Cumberland Maryland. Nancy married her late husband, Andre Beaudin July 5, 1958, they owned and operated multiple dairy farms in Eastern Ohio until Andre’s passing in 1983. In 1985 Nancy married the love of her life and soulmate, Thomas L. Cordy and moved to Whitehouse Ohio. Nancy and Tom lived a life of love and joy. They enjoyed woodworking, painting, spending time at their property in Alpena Michigan, and watching their grandchildren grow, until his sudden passing in 2006.

Nancy is survived by her two children; William E. Beaudin and Judy Beaudin (Tim Hosley), stepchildren; Tom Cordy (Janice), Pam Cordy and Matt Cordy. Grandchildren; Nicole Beaudin (Adam Rice), Selina Beaudin, Anastasia Beaudin, Nate Cordy (Jess Burash), Allie Mehaffey (Andy), Ethan Schwaderer, and Abby Schwaderer. As well as 3 great grandchildren; Bailen Cordy, Baldur Cordy, and Rosey Mehaffey. Una and Earl Hannas, Andre Beaudin, and Thomas L. Cordy preceded her in death.

Nancy will be remembered for her unconditional love and support of others. She was kind and endearing to everyone around her and would do anything for those she loved. Nancy will be unimaginably missed but her love and memories will live on in all those whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be held at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Sunday February 20 ^th from 3-6pm with a memorial service following. A private burial of her remains will be the following morning, Monday, February 21 ^st at 10am at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Waterville.
