Myrna Kay (Clayton) Lewandowski, 68, of Genoa, Ohio died Saturday, April 15, 2017 at St. Charles Hospital. She was born in Akron, Ohio on May 26, 1948 to Winston H. “Ikey” and Mary E. (Johnson) Clayton. Myrna was an entrepreneur and owned her own businesses, Oregon Pet Grooming and Symbols of Love. She also worked for Gladieux at Jeep, and was a beautician in the Toledo area for over 15 years. Myrna was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was her joy, especially her grandchildren. Myrna will be greatly missed. Myrna is survived by her husband, Chet S. Lewandowski; daughters, Natalie (Brian) Scothern and Julie Lewandowski; grandchildren, Clay Scothern, Kyle Scothern, Kurt Scothern, Hailey Johnson and Kaylin Johnson; brother, Winston H. (Charlene) Clayton, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends will be received at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, 4210 Central Ave., Toledo, Ohio for a graveside service on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Witzler Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133) Memorial donations in Myrna’s name may be made to the American Lung Association.
