Minnie L. Swartz

Minnie Swartz, 84, passed away peacefully at her home on April 10, 2009. She was born May 17, 1924, daughter of Hurl and Daisy Epley, Russellville, KY. She was married to James Grant Swartz for 53 years who preceded her in death April 28, 1998. Minnie was the office manager for Swartz Construction Company 30 years along with being a homemaker. Her family will never forget her generosity and will be greatly missed. She truly loved her family and home. Minnie enjoyed cooking, baking and working in her yard; spoiling her family with great holiday dinners. She is survived by her son, Ken Gini Swartz; daughter, Connie Shade; grandchildren, Becky Matt Wulf, Katie Swartz, Brenton Shade and Brittany Shade; great-grandson, Carson Wulf; and sister, Naydene Mullen of Elizabethtown, KY. Private services will be at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee, Ohio and burial will be at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
