Mindy Vance

Mindy Marie Vance, age 30, of Toledo, passed away December 9, 2018. She was born February 27, 1988 to Elaine Thieman and Gary Vance. Mindy loved taking her son to the park and reading. She enjoyed finding good deals at shops and taking time to create works of art with her drawing skills. Left to cherish Mindy’s memory is her son Tristyn Nova; parents, Gary Vance and Elaine Thieman; sisters, Julie Vance and Brittany (Tommy Styer) Bailey; brothers, Gary (Brittney Styer) Vance, Jr. and Tommy (Miranda Whalley) Bailey; uncles, John Thieman and Bill (Stacy) Thieman and Danny (Jessica) Thieman; aunt, Rebecca (Wilhelm) Thieman; grandparents; John (Pam) Thieman, Kenny Kirschak and June Couch; great-grandparents, Thomas and Joyce Warpool and many nieces, nephews, and dear cousins. Mindy is preceded in death by her grandmother, D. Elaine Thieman. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made out to Mindy’s family. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary, Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133) from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at Saint Joseph of Maumee, 104 West Broadway Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537. Burial will follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
