Millie Fouty

Millie Lynn “Sis” “Memaw” Fouty, age 58, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away on Monday April 15, 2024, following a brief illness. She was born on April 15, 1966, in Toledo, Ohio to William Reetz Sr. and Linda Miner. Millie will be remembered as a caring and loving mother, and the impact she left on the world will be felt for an eternity.

Millie could often be seen sporting her flip-flops, usually matching them to her outfit of the day. Looking after her grandkids was something Millie never got tired of doing. She enjoyed attending their sporting events the most. Millie could also be seen going on walks and enjoying nature. Making BBQ chicken with a can of coke was her specialty. She was a fan of M&M’s and Mexican food, as well. Traveling and going out to eat with her friends is how Millie liked to spend her free time. She also loved attending Toledo Walleye hockey games and country concerts, especially Jason Aldean.

Millie is survived by her mother, Linda Carter, siblings, Bill (Beth) Reetz, Jim (Laura) Reetz, Lori (Larry) Stickler, children, Josh (Robyn) Fouty, Robert (Danielle) Matthews, grandchildren, Jeremiah, Hayden, Chloe, Faith, Mason, Austin, Ashley, Isaiah, Emma, Kylie, great-grandson, Lennon, and canine companion, Rusty. She is preceded in death by her father, William Reetz Sr., and stepfather, James Carter.

Friends and family may be received from 9:00am-12:00pm on Thursday April 18, 2024, at Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 501 West Street, Genoa, Ohio 43430. A funeral service performed by Pastor Davies will be held at the funeral home at 12:00pm following visiting hours. Burial will take place following services at Clay Township Cemetery. Memorial donations in Millie’s honor may be made out to CedarCreek Church – Perrysburg, 29129 Lime City Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551.
