Mildred June Bennett

Mildred June Bennett, age 83, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Otterbein Northshore, Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio. She was born on June 25, 1939 in Lebanon, Virginia to Fred and Martha Ellen (Harris) McGlothlin. On July 25, 1958 in Port Clinton, Ohio, she married William Bennett and he preceded her in death in 1982.

Mildred worked for Kingsway Kelsey-Hayes and enjoyed reading, painting and sewing.

Mildred is survived by her sons, William (Gloria) and James (Amy) Bennett; grandchildren, William, Max and Molly Bennett; sisters, Edith Ramey and Evelyn (George) Byington. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings, Geraldine Street, Fred McGlothlin, Patricia Mowl, Nancy Smith, Judy Royane, Thomas McGlothlin and Linda Deneau.

Per Mildred’s wishes, there will be no services at this time as cremation has taken place.
