Michelle M. Schwind

Michelle Marie Schwind, 54, died unexpectedly on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at St. Vincents Hospital in Toledo. Michelle was born November 9, 1969 to Ervin and Victoria (Sieja) Klocko in Toledo, Ohio. She married Michael Schwind on October 9, 1992 and together they raised two children, Alexander and Lacey who were Michelle’s whole world.

She worked as a financial assistant for many years. Michelle was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church. She was kind-hearted, service orientated mother and friend who valued Education. Michelle loved all kinds of animals and would have adopted every animal in the humane society if she could.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Michael; children, Alexander (Katie Griffin) and Lacey; brothers, Tony Klocko, Jason Klocko and sister, Melissa Musito; her father, Ervin and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother-in-law, Robert Musito.

Friends and family will be received Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 3-7 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A funeral mass will be held Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 E.
