Michael Lee Wilmoth

Michael Lee Wilmoth, age 62, died Thursday, April 9, 2009 at the Toledo Hospital. Michael was born in Toledo on May 31, 1946 to Elmer and Elizabeth Wilmoth. He worked for the Toledo Public School system for 30 years as a boiler operator and also as an amateur photographer until retiring in 2002. After retiring, Michael worked at Woodcraft and also completed many woodworking projects for family and friends. He was a talented musician and was proud to have participated in the Terra Tech College Band as a saxophonist. He will be remembered for his amazing sense of humor, his care and compassion, and for inspiring artistry in others. Michael is survived by his wife, Julie; daughters, Alice Gary Reed and Angela Jason Saxton; sons, Matthew Wilmoth Inna Kolomyets and Aaron J. Wilmoth Carissa Choi; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Shipley, Nancy Paul Saneholtz, Shirley Daniel Goodell, and Mary May; brothers, Gary and Steve Wilmoth. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 740 N. McCord Rd., Toledo, OH 43615, where the family suggests contributions in Michaels memory be made. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting our website at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
