Melissa Sue Williams

Melissa Sue Williams, 30, of Fairview Park, Ohio, died unexpectedly in Amherst, Ohio, Friday, May 16, 2014. She was born September 11, 1983, in Port Clinton, Ohio, to Kenneth and Cindy Alliman Williams. Melissa was a 2001 graduate of Port Clinton High School. She received an Associates Degree in nursing from Lorain County Community College and was currently working toward her Bachelors Degree. Melissa was a member of the American Nursing Association and had worked as a registered nurse at Elyria Memorial Hospital Main Campus. Melissa is survived by her mother, Cindy Searight, step father, Randal Searight; sisters, Eryn Williams, Randi Searight, Taylor Searight, and Kendall Williams; brother, Tyler Searight; her grandmothers, Sharon Alliman and Barb Honas; nephew, Joey Kinder, nieces, Kailee Kinder and Olivia Searight; her fianc, Dominick Scarpelli and his children, Xander and Mathayus Scarpelli; step grandfather, Denny Keaton and step grandparents, Ronald and Denise Searight. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and her two fur babies, Gizmo and Domo. Melissa is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Williams, grandfathers, Edward Alliman and Augustus Williams and step grandmother, Carol Keaton. Friends may visit with the family for a Celebration of Life for Melissa from 5-8 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2014, at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor.
