Maxine J. Burnstine

Maxine J. Burnstine, 84, of Catawba Island passed away Thursday, August 01, 2019 at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton, Ohio. She was born February 14, 1935 in Springfield, Illinois, the daughter of Coy and Jessie (Stevenson) Lynch. On June 25, 1955 she married Ralph Burnstine and he survives.  Maxine Owned and Operated Timely Tours for 33 years retiring in 2014.  Survivors include her loving husband, Ralph; daughters, Catherine Burnstine, Cheryl (Joe) Schraidt, Babette Klacik (Stan Gebhardt); son, Gene Burnstine (Susan Jones); grandchildren, Meagan (Mike) Rohde, Monica (Mike) Morante, Robbie Schraidt, Mallory (Josh) Peacock; great-grandchildren, Jameson & Jonas Rohde, Andrew & Olivia Peacock; and her sister, Elaine Roth.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and step-father.  Visitation will be held at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton on Monday, August 5, 2019 from 11am until Funeral Services at 12 pm with Reverend Bob Butcher officiating. Burial will follow in Catawba Island Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Catawba Island Vol. Fire Department, 4730 E.
