Mary J. Welch of Swanton, OH passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Swanton Healthcare and Retirement Center. She was born on January 24, 1921 to Dewey and Elizabeth (Shinaver) Bugbee in Toledo, Ohio. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, James M. Welch; daughter, Shirley Scott: son, James Welch and granddaughter, Robin Blair. Left to cherish her memory is her grandson, Robert Scott; great grandchildren, Ariel Scott, Sam Scott, Michael (Jamie) Hodges, Brian Harmer; 3 great great grandchildren; nephews, Terry (Violet) Gladieux, Mark Bugbee, and Jerry Bugbee. Visitation will take place at Hoeflinger-Bolander Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave., Oregon, OH on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 5 pm – 7 pm. Burial will be private.
