Mary Ellen Shilling

Mary Ellen Shilling, 88, of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, January 7, 2021. She was born August 12, 1932 in Toledo, Ohio. She married Robert Nelson Shilling on July 11, 1953 and together they have shared more than 67 years together. Mary Ellen was an active member of Perrysburg Alliance Church. She served many years as the Toledo Coordinator for the 700 Club. She was also active in the Women’s Aglow Fellowship and the Lydia Fellowship International. She is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Ann (Dennis), Ken, Robert Jr. (Sandra) and Marilyn; grandchildren, Kristin (Nathan), Brandon, Brian, Jordan (Whitney), Joel, Robby, Catherine, Emily and Sarah and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Goldie Colby and sister, Joanne Colby. Services for Mary Ellen will be private. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Witzler-Shank Walker Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133).
