She will be remembered for her devotion to the Blessed Virgin and her love of family. In addition, she spent much of her life in service not only as a nurse but also at St. Catherine of Sienna Church and School where she was a member of the Altar Society and a Girl Scout Leader. She was an active leader of the KCettes Council 3122, where Frank served as Grand Knight. Later in life Mary Rose and Frank moved to St. Clement Parish and Mary Rose renewed her love to sing and joined the Church Choir, where she sang for over 10 years. She was an astute card player and especially enjoyed her St. Catherine’s Bridge Group and Family Pinochle games as well as get-togethers with the “over 50’s group” from Christ the King Parish. Among her other hobbies were History, Genealogy and the everyday reading of The Blade to which she subscribed over 75 years.
