Mary Rogers

Mary Jo (Schwind) Rogers, age 86, of Perrysburg, died peacefully at Hospice of Northwest Ohio on Thursday, November 21, 2024. She was born May 14, 1938 in Perrysburg, Ohio to Joseph and Lillian (Getz) Schwind. She attended St. Rose Elementary, graduated from Perrysburg High School and was a life-long member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg. Mary is survived by her daughter, Christine, son-in- law Steven Schaller, granddaughters Sarah and Jennifer Schaller, sister Elaine and brother-in-law Frank Billings.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Laurence William, son Larry Joseph, infant son Mark David, sisters; Lucille Rathbun, Kathleen Hartman, Irene Donahue, Helen Kilmer, Irma Hutchinson, June Petz, Dorothy Johnston, Jacqueline Ault and brothers Joseph Jr. and Harold Schwind.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, November 26 at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 East Front St., Perrysburg, Ohio beginning at 10:30 a.m. Private burial to follow at St. Rose Cemetery.
