Mary R Rockow

Mary R. Rockow, age 90, of Maumee, Ohio, passed away February 26, 2014, with her family by her side, at Hospice of N.W. Ohio, Perrysburg. A graduate of Libbey High School, Mary was an avid reader who enjoyed following politics and world events. She retired from Western Shoe Co. in 1985 after 28 years service as a Bookkeeper. Surviving is her son Steven Jill; grandchildren TJ, Amanda Glen Lange Michelle; great grandchildren Faith Calvin; and siblings Edward Mary Jane Ronau, Ruth Harvey Rose Mockensturm. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Frank Sonny, Dec. 6, 1993; parents Henry Anna Wise Ronau; brothers Lawrence Larry Clarence Shorty Ronau; and sisters Lucille Gramling Catherine Kate Mockensturm. Visitation for will be on Tuesday March 4, 2014 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio 43537.
