Mary Ellen Nagy

Mary Ellen (Lapish) Nagy, 82, of Toledo, passed away at her home on Monday, May 21, 2018. She was born in Lake Township to Howard and Viola (Martin) Lapish on October 20, 1935. Mary Ellen was a graduate of Lake High School and worked for Libbey Owens Ford as a secretary. She married William Nagy on December 11, 1965. Mary Ellen is survived by her loving nephews, Ronald Clapsaddle and Robert (Kay Lynn) Clapsaddle. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; parents; and sister, Myrtle Clapsaddle. Friends will be received on Friday, May 25, 2018 beginning at Noon at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main Street, Walbridge, Ohio 43465 (419-666-3121), Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in Mary Ellen’s name may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
