Mary Jo Mazurek

Mary passed away peacefully on December 26, 2020 in the loving care of the Luther Home of Mercy where she had resided for the past twenty years. Born in Toledo, OH on September 28, 1960, Mary was preceded in death by her father ,Stanley, in 2002 and mother, Lillian, in 1975. In her earlier years, Mary enjoyed going to work every day, spending time at Vail Meadows, and being involved in activities at the Luther Home. Mary touched the hearts of all those around her and will be remembered for her sense of humor, quick wit, and her ability to remember the names and birthdates of everyone she ever met. A celebration of Mary’s life will be held this summer with details posted on the funeral home website. Mary’s family requests that any memorials be made to the Luther Home of Mercy, 5810 N.
