Mary J. Koennker

Mary June Schnuth Koenker, age 90 of Toledo passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013 in Ebeid Hospice. She was born March 10, 1923 in Alton, Illinois to Irvin and Rosetta Brandel. She was a secretary for Ft. Miami School in Maumee for 14 years then worked as a cashier and billing clerk for Mercy Hospital for 17 years retiring in 1988. Mary was preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister. Surviving is her son Timothy Deborah Schnuth; daughter Pat Schnuth; grandchildren Sydney and Matthew Schnuth; great-grandson Drake Bremer; and her beloved cats Sugar Babe and Boo. There will be no visitation and services will be private. The family suggests memorials to the Salvation Army or Humane Ohio.
