Mary M. Yoakam Hallier

March 25, 1941 — February 5, 2015

Mary M. (Yoakam) Hallier (72) of Willard, died February 5, 2015 at Hillside Acres Nursing Home, Willard. She was born March 25, 1941 in Richland County to the late Frank and Eleanor (McGinley) Yoakam. Mrs. Hallier was a graduate of Danbury Township High School and a secretary for the Lakeside Association, Lakeside, Howard and Associates, Sylvania and Devilkiss Company, Toldeo. She was a member of the Toledo Artis Club, an expert in Devilkiss Perfume Bottles, and a member of the Maumee Valley Save-A-Pet. She and her husband also owned Cross Roads Antiques. Mrs. Hallier is survived by her sister: Pat Muncey of Willard and brother: David Pletcher of Sandusky, as well as nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband: Bill “Scratch” Hallier, 2 sisters: Frances Yoakam and Gladys (Pletcher) Stanley and brother: Raymond Pletcher. Calling hours will be Friday, February 13, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home with the Pastor Cheryl Matla officiating. Burial will be at the Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton. Memorial donations may be made to the Maumee Valley Save-A-Pet, 5250 Hill Ave, Toledo, Ohio 43615.
