Mary J. Good

Mary J. Good, 86, of Catawba Island, died Friday, October 5, 2007 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. Mary was born on December 4, 1920 in Mogadore, OH to Dr. Joseph and Myrna Munn Warburton. On April 4, 1942, in New York City, she married Carl M. Good Jr. from Bloomdale, OH who preceded her in death on September 16, 2003. Mary was a homemaker and equestrian who enjoyed reading and a rural life. She was an avid golfer, member of the Catawba Island Club, Eastern Star, the Woodville and Perrysburg Garden Clubs, and the Literary club and Methodist Church of Bloomdale, OH. She was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at Ohio Wesleyan University and graduated with a BA degree in 1942. In later years she was a member of the St. Timothy Episcopal Church of Perrysburg and the St. Thomas Episcopal Church of Port Clinton. Survivors include: Sons: Dr. Carl Wendy Good III of Groton, MA; Gary W. Good of Port Clinton, OH; 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
