Martin Rodriquez

Martin “Bear” Rodriquez, Sr., 67, of Toledo, died peacefully on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Hospice in Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo to Masimino and Carmen (Campos) on November 1, 1950. Martin married his loving wife, Dolores Jean (Workman), on December 22, 1969; recently they celebrated 48 years of marriage. Martin served the Lord for many years by ministering to men in prison, teaching children, and being a Temple Cleaner. He is survived by his wife, Dolores; sons, Robert, Martin Jr. (Jennifer), Jeremy; daughters, Carmen (Scott), Mary, Dezerea (Geoff); 23 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Lupe Rodriquez; brothers, Manuel (Val) Rodriquez, Max (Edna) Rodriquez; and countless nieces, nephews, and other close friends and family members. Martin was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary; brother, Miguel; and grandson, Jeffery. A Memorial Service for Martin will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at The Rock, 4058 Starr Avenue, Oregon, Ohio.
