Marsha Lynne Whittecar-Russell

Marsha Lynne Whittecar-Russell age 57 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Marsha was born in Toledo on June 23, 1960 to John and Agnes (Stevens) Whittecar. Marsha was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend to many. She loved music and was an avid fan of Elvis. She also enjoyed traveling, cooking, dancing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving is her loving husband, James C. Russell; daughter, Holly Thorpe; son, Joshua (Julia) Russell; grandchildren, Liberty, Emma, Jamison, Christian, Joselyn, Connor and Elijah; sister, Denise Whittecar; brothers, John (Tammy), Jeff (Laurie) and Jody (Amy) Whittecar and best friend, Mary Jane Mazzola. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and many friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Jordon D. Barnett; nephew, John Whittecar and a sister, Linda Lou. A memorial service for Marsha will he held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee, OH.
