Marlene R. Cymbola

Marlene Rose Cymbola age 72 of Swanton, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Marlene was born in Toledo on July 2, 1945 to Art and June (Durphey) Mapes. Marlene enjoyed gardening, fishing, bingo, card games, crocheting but most of all, spending time with her family. Surviving are her children, Lesia (Bruce Neill) Thompson, Stanley (Chandra) Cymbola, Tina (Ron) Koder; 11 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchilden and 20 great grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers, Richard (Anna) and Jim (Emma) Mapes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley and brother, Robert Mapes. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Waterville, OH.
