Marlene E. Ansted

Marlene E. (Meier) (Zeller) Ansted, 68, of Swanton, passed away after a short illness at Ebeid Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 26, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to Daniel and Onie (Holder) Meier. She married Raymond Lindy Ansted on July 15, 1977. Marlene was a graduate of Holland High School. She was an active member of the Dwelling Place Church, where her faith was extremely important to her. Marlene and Ray started a ministry at a local nursing care center. Marlene loved music and enjoyed singing and meeting new friends. Marlene is survived by her loving husband, Ray Ansted, children, Chris J. (Sandie) Zeller, Michelle L. (Andy) Smith and Daniel R. (Katie) Ansted, grandchildren, Britt, Chris Jr., Taylor and Zach Zeller, Veronica Zeller, Lauren, Andrew and Rachael Smith and Melanie Ansted, great grandchildren, Elijah and Emma and brother, Michael Meier. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation is Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the Neville Funeral Home, Reynolds Corner Chapel, 5052 Dorr St. Toledo, Ohio (419-535-0951). Visitation and services will be Thursday June 20, 2013 at 9:30 A.M. at the Dwelling Place Church, 8201 Angola Road, Holland, Ohio, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Burial at Highland Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dwelling Place.
