Mark C. Mizer

Mark Charles Mizer, 59, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018 in his home. He was born on December 8, 1958, to John ‘Jack’ and Betty Jo (Leffel) Mizer in Toledo, Ohio. He married Lesta (Stanley) Mizer in 1994. Mark enjoyed sports, from playing softball and bowling to watching the Cleveland Indians, his favorite team. He was a hunter who had a love for his guns, motorcycle and Jeep. He treasured the time spent with his grandchildren, who held a special place in his heart. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Lesta; children, Stephanie (Luke) Allen, Jeff (Katie) Beltz, Steve (Mary) Beltz and Cindy Klingler; grandchildren, Savannah, Luke, Jordan, Ava, Lyla, Tanner, Lydia, Ella, Dallas, and Belle; siblings, Steve (Marge) Mizer, and Dawn Mizer and mother Betty Jo. He is preceded by his father, John ‘Jack’. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hoeflinger-Shank Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave, Oregon Ohio (419-691-6768).
