Mark Jackson

Mark Jackson of Sandusky, OH, passed away at his home on Monday, August 07, 2017, following a lengthy illness. Mark was born December 05, 1955 in Fremont, OH, the son of the late Henry and Joyce (Hoffman) Jackson. He worked at Lear Corp. in Huron, OH and Thor Works in Sandusky. Mark was the owner/operator for the Variety Village Carryout in Sandusky for 5 years along with his wife, Ginny. He is survived by his Former Wife & Best Friend of 20 years: Ginny Jackson of Sandusky; Grandchildren: Christian, Gabby, Joshua Brothers: Gary (Antra) Jackson of Fremont, Raymond Jackson of Vickery, Monte Jackson and Randy Jackson, both of Marblehead. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: June Taylor and Georgeann McKillips. Private family services will be conducted at a later date. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Oh 44870. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, assisted the family with arrangements.
