Marjorie Lacy

Marjorie J. Lacy, 85, of Oak Harbor, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Bay Park Community Hospital, Oregon. She was born on December 15, 1926 in Oak Harbor to Barley E. and Dorothy C. Humphrey Lacy. Marjorie had worked for Standard Products in Port Clinton, the Erie Ordinance Depot in LaCarne, the U.S. Government Federal Office Building in Toledo, as well as helped run the family business, Lacys Market in Oak Harbor. She was a member of the Bible Methodist in Port Clinton and enjoyed books and music. Marjorie is survived by her sister: Gail D. Miller of Indiana and 2 nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Glen Lacy. Graveside services for Marjorie will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Locust Pointe Cemetery, Oak Harbor where family will receive friends beginning at 1 pm at the cemetery. Memorial contributions in Marjories memory may be given to the Oak Harbor Lions Club Sight Program or a charity of the donors choice.
