Marjorie L Lachmiller

Marjorie L. Lachmiller, 96, died Sunday, October 14, 2018, at the Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek in Holland, Ohio. A native and lifelong resident of the Toledo area, she was born December 31, 1921, to the late Murland and Ethel Windisch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward; son William and stepsisters Eleanor Denk and Dorothy Wechtel. She is survived by daughter, Barbara Bozeman (James); son, Robert Lachmiller (Connie); sister, Ruth Riccitelli, eight grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. She was a longtime member of First Alliance Church of Toledo. She, along with her late husband Edward, owned Lachmiller Electric Motor Service Company for 47 years, retiring in 1992. She and her family were very active in Youth for Christ of Toledo for many years. She especially enjoyed traveling with her family, both close to home and across the country. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 West Sylvania Avenue (west of Corey Road) where funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday. Burial will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to First Alliance Church, 2201 Monroe Street, Toledo, OH 43624.
