Marjorie L. Hlebar

Marjorie L. Hlebar, age 87, of Toledo, Ohio passed away August 24, 2013 at Ebeid Hospice. She was born to Cecil and Golda Anderson on October 2, 1925 in Kenton, Ohio. She was a secretary at Pickton and Cavanaugh Insurance for 5 years before moving to Dr. Zuckers office, where she was a secretary for 7 years. Marjorie was a member of the Toledo Humane Society and former member of the Faith Community United Church of Christ. She was an active volunteer, especially at the former Parklane Assisted Living. Marjorie loved animals, reading, music, water painting, and her family, very much. Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 61 years, John Hlebar; her niece, Erika Stefan Fedor; great-nieces, Silvia and Olivia Fedor; great-great niece, Lillianna Fedor; her good friend, Karen Billmaier, and her helper around the house, Bunny Kennedy. Friends and family may visit the Walker Funeral Home at 5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623 on Monday, August 26 between 11 am and 1 pm, the funeral service will be follow at 1 pm.
